1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using iliTrip, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Platform description

iliTrip is a marketplace where travel creators sell digital trip itineraries to buyers. We also operate an affiliate program that allows third parties to earn commissions by referring sales.

3. Creator obligations

Creators must ensure their itineraries are accurate, original, and not infringing on third-party rights. Creators are responsible for paying applicable taxes on their earnings. iliTrip retains a 20% platform fee on each sale.

4. Buyer purchases

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of itineraries, refunds are not offered unless the content is materially different from what was described. Contact support within 7 days if you believe you qualify for a refund.

5. Affiliate program

Affiliates earn 20% commission on sales they refer. Commissions are tracked via a 30-day cookie window. Fraudulent referrals, including self-referrals, will result in commission forfeiture and account suspension.

6. Prohibited conduct

You may not use iliTrip to post false or misleading content, abuse the affiliate system, scrape or reproduce platform content, or violate any applicable laws or regulations.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice.

8. Limitation of liability

iliTrip is not liable for the accuracy of creator content, travel disruptions, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Use itineraries at your own discretion.
