How do I buy a trip itinerary?
Browse trips at /trips, click on any trip, then click "Get this itinerary". Complete the secure payment and you'll get instant access to the full guide.
What do I get after purchasing?
You get permanent access to the full itinerary: day-by-day schedule, GPS spots, restaurant/hotel picks, budget breakdown, and all creator tips — accessible from your buyer dashboard.
Can I get a refund?
Due to the digital nature of the product, purchases are generally non-refundable once accessed. If you have a technical issue or received incorrect content, contact us within 7 days.
How do I become a creator?
Sign up with the Creator role, then go to your dashboard and click "New trip". Fill in your itinerary details, add GPS spots, and publish when ready.
How does the affiliate program work?
Sign up as an affiliate, generate a unique link for any trip, share it, and earn 20% on every sale made through your link. Track your clicks and earnings in your dashboard.
How are creator payouts handled?
Creators earn 60% of every sale. Payouts are processed monthly via Stripe. You need to connect your Stripe account in your profile settings. Minimum payout threshold is $50.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We never store your card details.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
Go to the login page and click "Forgot?" next to the password field. Enter your email and we'll send you a reset link.
